What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing you made is deleted, hidden or locked. Your sheets, surveys, bookings and events stay exactly where they are and keep working. You simply cannot create new ones past the free limits until you are back under them or back on a paid plan.
Do you charge per sign-up or response?
No. Every plan takes unlimited sign-ups, bookings and survey responses. Charging for those would mean charging you more precisely when the thing is working, which is the wrong moment to send a bill.
Do the people I invite need an account?
Never. Anyone can book a time, claim a slot, answer a survey or RSVP from a link, with no account and nothing to install. Accounts are for organizers only.
What counts toward my limits?
Only live work. A closed sheet, an archived survey and an event that has already happened all stop counting, so tidying up frees a slot rather than costing you one.
Is one plan enough for my whole team?
Yes. Plans belong to your organization, not to each person, and the same plan covers your team across every iUtils app you use.
Can I take payments for bookings?
On Pro and above, through your own Stripe account. The money goes straight to you — Gather never holds or routes it, and refunds stay in your hands.
Try it with one real thing you need done.
The free plan is not a demo. Put a real sign-up sheet or booking page on it today and see what comes back.
